This location is a troublesome one, 9/10 times you will have problems here, either long wait times, options out of stock, dirty... tables and fountain drink, and bad customer service. As today it looks like they are trying to amp up the service, at least forthe afternoon, however it took almost 20 minutes for someone else to help the employee who was alone taking care of our hugeline ahead of us. This was during rush hour, where it?s expected to have more customers. The employees where for okay this time,however that?s the first, this is my 8th time to this location and customer services is always an issue here, specially atnight. Seriously, please don?t order any type of Uber eats or DoorDash from this chipotle. This chipotle completely scams DoorDash and... Uber eats customers. Completely disgusted at the Waterford Lakes location. This is the 2nd time I have been to this location and had to walk out due... to sanitary issues and poor customer service. We went here Tuesday January 18th 2022 around 6pm and the serving line wascompletely trashed as you can see in the photo. They were low on everything as their cooks were not wanting to work. When theline person told the cook she needed more veggies he threw them on a completely gunky dirty grill and said "I'm going on break"he left the food unattended and walked off. I?ve given this location a few chances before I write anything and this time is the final straw. First of all, this location has... progressively been going downhill. I?m fully understandable that employment is scarce however, when you charge extra foradditional toppings and sides of chips, queso, and guac, I?d expect to receive what I ordered for the price I?m paying. Both ofthese bowls were ordered with double rice... and I barely got one serving. Pretty sad when it appears 1/4 of my bowl is missingbefore I even take a bite. I order Chipotle enough to know this amount is not usual. This location is clearly very busy andneeds extra help and extra ingredients because on the door was a sign that stated what they were out of.
