This location is a troublesome one, 9/10 times you will have problems here, either long wait times, options out of stock, dirty... tables and fountain drink, and bad customer service. As today it looks like they are trying to amp up the service, at least forthe afternoon, however it took almost 20 minutes for someone else to help the employee who was alone taking care of our hugeline ahead of us. This was during rush hour, where it?s expected to have more customers. The employees where for okay this time,however that?s the first, this is my 8th time to this location and customer services is always an issue here, specially atnight. NEVER order from this location online, they should not be allow to be in delivery apps, they will always mess up yourorder. Read more
I haven't had Chipotle for a while and was craving it tonight plus I was starving, with my luck i found a bug in my bowl! I... didn't get to finish my food! ???? This place is a disaster, 35 min to order, then they skip your order to get an on line order ready, then you ask for sweet Tea... they don't have, if you ask for sugar for the unsweetened tea they don't have. Service is super slow. Read more
