First time ordering here.. I order the house fried rice egg roll and hot and sour soup. Was better then I expected the rice had... a great taste and the egg rolls were delicious. Hot and sour soup was good but could be a little spicier. Delivery was fast anddefinitely will order again. Good job. Read more
Gave this place a chance because it's close to my job, but I'll never go back! There was a time when they were good, but now the... food quality isn't good and they overpriced. I placed an order for pickup. When I arrived the lady charged me an extra $7 fromwhat I saw on the online menu. I asked her to explain the charges and she told me the online menu & the menu in front of her inthe restaurant were old menus that didn't have the updated prices. She said the prices went up and refused to change it. Shecharged my card before I can tell her to cancel my order. I told her that's false advertisement!!! The customer should pay whatis being shown. I called at 2:55pm to place a Lunch special order since the lunch special ends at 3pm. I have been coming here for 3 years and... it?s always been from 11am-3pm. She told me that they suddenly changed it to 2:50pm when on the website it says 3pm. I explainedto the lady that even though she is saying it?s done at 2:50pm I have never seen nor heard that before today. She refused tocharge me as a lunch special and said she only does walk in as a lunch special which is a lie because i?ve called many time overthe phone. I don?t understand how i?m a regular and i know the times and prices yet im being refused service due to the factthat their website was incorrect and she?s lied to my face telling me she changed it when it hasn?t been changed. I?ve neverbeen this upset about a restaurant till now this hasn?t been the first time they have messed up or have been this rude towardsme. The customer service is the problem with this restaurant and Im for one not coming back anymore. She also took the egg rollout the bag that they made me at 3:00 without gloves and added it back to the fryer to reuse it for someone else. I work in arestaurant and I understand the struggles but this was the most ridiculous thing i?ve dealt with this week she?s so rude andshouldn?t be working there counter. Read more
RUN! This place use to be good but has become disgusting. Ordered something simple and not only was it drastically over priced,... the quality was the worst. These people are Scam artists!This is my second time coming to the restaurant. My first experience wasn't that great because of... this same reason that I will get to, but the food was good so I returned.Because of my experience Prior to my visit today I knewto get a receipt.The lady was a little reluctant but she gave it to me.I was told that my food was $21 but my receipt showedthat I owed 20.24.So when I received my food I politely told her she owed me .76 cent and that I had not volunteered for her tokeep my change. She tried to hand me .75 with an attitude, I said no .76 she gave it to me and rolled her eyes.Not only do theycharge a dollarJust for you ordering their food they also over charge you. They tell you the incorrect amount to pay and pocketthe change.I would not recommend this place.
