We recently visited this location for our favorite Southwestern Egg Rolls and also tried the new Smokehouse Trio platter. The... only thing off was that the egg rolls were a little doughy on the bottom and we think we got regular ranch instead of theavocado ranch they?re supposed to be served with. But neither of those were a deal breaker for us and we enjoyed our meal. Ourserver was also very sweet! We?ve been here previously and we?ll be back again. I will say the restaurant does need some TLC.Booths are torn, the restroom needs a deep cleaning, and there are other things that could use updating/replacing but overallnothing concerning. Read more
We had a delivery from this restaurant and when we received our food, the packaging was awful, the amount of food was almost... very little. We called and they said to come over so they can give us a new meal and when we got there, the manager didn't evensay hi how are you. He had a scowl on his face and was talking to us in a rude manner. awful customer service!!!!! My mothereven called twice to get a refund because door dash is only give us $2.00 back and they left us on hold and the phone "hasdropped" both times. Read more
It used to be a nice place to eat but lately they dropped the ball a lot. I am allergic to shrimp and when I ordered the Fajitas... of chicken and steak less than one month, they sent me chicken and shrimp. The only thing that I could eat was the beans. Myfrustration is that it happened twice and the restaurant was almost empty. I cannot understand the mistake. And people overthere used to be very friendly and efficient but now, no commitment at all. The restaurant simply don't care if someone will beintoxicated with food. Not coming back in this restaurant anymore and I would recommend another Chili's with the hope to findsomething better than this one in Semoran. Read more
Came here the night before our flight back to Canada. We had the 2 for $25 meal, we got the deep fried pickles, the bacon and... chicken quesadilla, a bacon burger and the cheese cake ( not shown in the pictures). We also got the triple dippers... I thinkthey are called that. The triple dippers ... The southwestern eggs rolls are to DIE for, So good!!! The honey chipotlecrispers are good too. The bacon and chicken quesadilla was low key bland, didn't really taste like anything and the baconburger was decent. The fried pickles were good too would recommend those. Overall the service was 10% decent. The restaurantwas half empty but we had to wait 20 minutes.... WHAT?! And the service that was there was slow. Mimi is the best server ever and i will definitely come back to see her. 10/10 best chilis experience ever. Chilis was pretty... busy and I never wanted for a single thing because she made sure to check on us often. We had an amazing time at this location! My husband and I came in to watch the NBA All Star Game. Azlin was an amazing server. I... recommend a 10star if I could! She was trying her best to connect the audio but it wasn?t working and we understood. For a busynight, she was fast and answered our questions. We also had a really nice guy who would bring out our food and he was extremelynice and welcoming. I also would love to mention the Host. She the first person to greet us and mentioned a time that we wouldbe seated and it was faster than expected. She helped us with the menu. Our server, kelly, was also the bartender. When we got there we went and sat at a high top in the bar because there was a 20... minute wait for a table. Keep in mind the restaurant was probably only one third full. I assume that's because of the lack ofthe ability to hire and keep servers. Either way, Kelly was good and the food was very good. On my way home from work I picked up a to-go order. I was for waiting for 10 minutes for them to bring it to me. The guy gave it... to me all hurried with everything tied up. When I got home I saw that my food was absolutely awful! It looked as if someone waseating from the food I ordered. I called and spoke to someone who didn?t seem genuine about helping me get a refund. Pleaseavoid this place. Don?t make the mistake I did.
