Great place to eat for a light bite that fills you up. I recommend the Buffalo chicken salad and the one with onions (forgot the... names of them). Service is prompt and fast. Only recommendation I have is for the toast to actually be warm at least orpreferably hot but that isn't a deal breaker. Read more
We enjoy the menu items and friendly staff but for some reason when we order take out (online order) they forget to include our... extra side that we ordered. More then twice it has happened. Get home only to find out it?s missing. Which is a pain. Not aboutto drive back to get it. So, we have to check thoroughly before we leave, when it probably should have been checked by employeesto assure that it?s accurate. Also, the dining room is a bit dirty. Especially, the floors. This is one of the places that wasn?t on our to go places. But we saw it, and said let?s give it a try. And we have to say it... was really good. They have many different types of chicken salads and different ways to pair up with. The prices were veryreasonable and if you?re looking for something healthy, other than burgers and fries. This was a gem that we found on a whim. We happened to be shopping and Yelped for something and this was right there. The... place is a classic southern feel that makes you feel that you have stepped into a picnic. The variations of chicken salad areare nice and you will find something that tickles your fancy. We opted for the Fancy Nancy that had grapes, apples and pecansalong with one that was like the Fancy Nancy that had pineapples in it. The pineapple was not large chunks but more fine so youare not chewing on a pineapple instead of chicken salad. You can get it on a scoop only order (for the carb folks) or threedifferent breads (white, wheat and croissant), which I picked croissant. You can go À la carte or a meal which comes with aside (soup, salad or others). We chose the chicken and dumpling soup. Friends got something with broccoli and the best wassomething with grapes and yogurt. You will feel that the food is not enough but after eat the last bite, you will feelsurprisingly just right. Oh, you get a small cookie as well. I would do this again as you leave the place full with a nicehealthy feeling.
