I've only been here a couple times since I don't visit this side of town very often. Nice place, people are friendly. Food was... good. Someone was out cleaning tables, so dinning room was clean. This seems to be one of the poorer run Chick-fil-A. They have a lot of young staff and what appear to be young managers that... seem to be more concerned with being friends than running a clean and quick serving establishment. I think every time I'vedined in to allow the kids to play in the playground, I'm subjected to loud, obnoxious staff on break at one or more of the 4tables with signs that say they are reserves for team members. Tonight I waited a solid 20 minutes for our meal because of the"strips" we ordered. While i patiently waited, and the kids played, the staff next to us on break were listening to loud musicon their phone, having loud conversations, and then left a huge mess. I assumed it would get cleaned up the several times thatmanager looking people walked by, but the mess persisted there and at several other messy unoccupied tables until just before weleft when the only adult looking team member, Milagros, cleaned up all of the messes including her Coworker's mess. Worst chick-fil-a service ever! Ordered 2 breakfast meals through drive-through. They asked me to pull up to a spot and wait for... coffees as they are brewing. After 20 min wait, I had to match down to drive through window...one of the employees gives me acoffee with a smirk "oh, here you are!" After asking him if he expects me to eat cold food with these coffees, he says yes. Toadd to the frustration, none of the coffees had cream or sugar and the lids were not properly secured on the to-go cups. Thislocation is absolutely not up to chick-fil-a setvice standards! The food is very reliable and consistent. I usually get the chicken tenders which are always moist and crisp. I also highly... recommend their mocha cold brew, apparently it?s a seasonal item so it?s not on the menu or on the app but they?ll make it ifyou order it which is just one example of their incredible customer service. Their fries are also hot, fresh, and nicely salted.The location overall is very clean. Very good customer service!!! Read more

Food was great as always. Apparently high schoolers from across the street didn't need to be in class at 11am. A little busy and... slower service due to teenagers being everywhere. Seating area was also a bit loud. Still the best chicken sandwiches of anyfast food restaurants. Read more
