Young crew operates the store, but everything is very organized and clean. Food came out promptly, order was accurate down to... the sauce ordered and amount requested. Every time we come to this CFA they go above and beyond for us! We love Mr. Sam and Mrs. Tammy, they always remember the kids'... names, come by and say hi etc. Today the leaders were having a meeting in the playground and when they saw the kids waiting togo in and play they moved their meeting somewhere else so they could play. My husband waited 30 minutes in the drive thru line for food before he decided to bail out and leave. He needed to leave to pick... me and my son up from the urgent care to get us to a FUNERAL on time and the terrible manager of this store refused to refund usfor our order we never received. Her rationale was that it had been a week before we called to request the refund. This wasbecause we were out of town for the funeral and didn?t have a chance to call until we were back home. AWFUL customer service!And from the reviews on here it looks like the food would?ve been terrible anyway. Read more
Food has been cold the last few visits especially the bun which I pay extra for. It?s so cold just broke apart. As well have... forgot to put sauce in the bag that was listed on mobile order. Just because busy shouldn?t rush orders giving people anything.Also the Hi-C should still not be an option like it hasn?t for days which is cool just when back available taste like water. Read more
