This is definitely the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to... Usually they run super efficiently and fast took 12 minutes to... take my order with the two people in front of me and then another 12 minutes to actually get my food not complaining just verysurprised by this location never been to this one and unfortunately I will not be coming back to this location again way toomany other Chick-fil-A's that are being run properly but I can go to instead. Again not complaining but wanted to be known tothe management team here the restaurant itself was not clean and I understand it's probably a busy location but it's definitelynot run like most Chick-fil-A's. I hate to say this but we have visited a few times and it is the worst Chick-Fil-A we have ever went to. I don?t think it?s... because of effort as I feel like they are trying and I don?t know who the manager is but they have a big systems problem comingfrom somewhere. The service, quality, and smoothness all suffer. For example, the drive through was a huge mess this morning andthe workers are conversing through headsets into the drive through order, someone switches midway through after we wait for 8minutes at the window and we start our order again. To give context we arrived at 7:25 am and didn?t get through the drivethrough until 7:47 and it?s not that busy We went in another night and food and trash were everywhere with plenty of peopleworking on a slow week night. Seriously amazing service from this location!! I was greeted promptly and in a very friendly manner when I walked it. The... associate who assisted me (I think she was the general manager) was efficient and made sure my order was taken correctly. Shegave me options to choose a different cheese without my prompting and listed out all the sauces for me when I asked her what wasavailable - as someone who doesn?t visit Chick-fil-A?s often, this was very much appreciated. It was pretty bad. Probably one of the worst chick fil à breakfasts I?ve ever gotten. All of it was stale and extremely dry. It... was also completely destroyed even before I opened the box. I wasn?t having a bad day, but it wasn?t the best day either, so after I dropped my sister off at work I was hungry because I... haven?t eaten yet, so why not go to a Chick-fil-a because they have fast and great service, well not this one. I waited in thedrive through for 40min, I took two business calls so i have the time stamps to prove it. One of the employees taking ordersoutside took his frustrations out on the customers, he told us we needed to ?hurry up and order because I only have 6 minutes totake your order, after I told the manger to fix lane 2.? He was pretty rude. I came here two or three months ago too and Iremember getting up twice to ask if my food was still coming. It?s also not very sanitary. I read another review that describedit as depressing and yeah i agree with that. I was complain about this location to a friend found out this was the one he usedto work at and I remember they overworked him and didn?t give him enough breaks despite needed them for medical reason. I went to the drive through Saturday July 2 nd at about 4:08 pm. I ordered a sandwich which happened to be the wrong order... number. Bare in mind that the menu is a distance from the the employee who is taking the order from her tablet. I confirmed withher what I ordered and she answered in a nasty manner that I ordered the wrong item. I ask her if I can get what I wanted toorder. She said no only a Manager can do it. I ask her what is the price difference. She said a couple times to me that theywere the same price. She was not pleasant. She handled me like I was in a street fight with her. Very hostile and unmannerly .She got the Manager who came but did not solve anything. A white young male. I feel instead he was supportive of this cultureand ask me to move my car up. What do you do to make a guest happy. When the guest is told a couple times the sandwiches are thesame price. It is not that difficult to switch the order. I just left this place on my break 30 min break and my order took about 20mins and everything was completely wrong. My order was... worth $34.63 and they couldn?t get it right. I ordered no tomatoes because my coworker is allergic and got the biggest tomato onthe sandwich. Order large fries got a medium. Mind u I order 3 fries and all of them were hard and cold. I literally work closeby and my fries can?t be that cold if I work 5mins away. Which tells me they were the bottom of the barrel fries. I can?t goback to get a whole new order because my break is over by the time I get back. This upsets me so much, and they don?t have adirect line so I can?t even solve the problem! Read more
Let's keep it simple and organized, unlike this location. 1. Dined in. First thing we noticed. Dirty tables, all trash bins... full, and the partitions were changed to make a strange ghetto set-up for pick-up orders. 2. I had to greet the cashier, ratherthe other way around. 3. Waited 17 minutes for food that tasted as if they were made and left under the heater for 15minutes. I felt bad for the chef crew as it seemed like they were making the food at a quick pace, but the front of house crewwas so horribly organized, they had about 5 headless chicken workers sitting at expo and food was still not being sent out at afast pace.
