Exceptional staff and great food. I actually had a overnight layover in Orlando airport. Didn't have the ability to get... something to eat. I spoke to Angel, the manager and Jonace. I told him my situation and they gave me a sandwich and adrink. These people are exceptional! They help you out when you need help. A great company. This was the nastiest Chic fil A I've ever eaten at. Though the staff was nice, the food was horrible. I waited 15 mins in... line just to get a cold sandwich and fries. When they called my name, I just knew I was going to enjoy my meal. I checked myspicy deluxe and the cheese felt and looked as if they LITERALLY just took it out the fridge and slapped it on there. Worst Chic-fil-A ever. I never thought I would say this about chic fil a but the employees were RUDE, messed our order and were... super slow. Corporate or someone needs to fire this crew and just employ someone else. We ate there at 8pm 1 Oct 2022 (somanagement can look up who was on that shift and hopefully fire them). Read more

I think this has to be the slowest Chick-fil-A location I?ve ever been to in all my travels. I stopped in here on the way out... and the way back in at Orlando Airport and both times the line was not very long but my food took forever to get ready. On theway out I had breakfast (hash rounds) and it took nearly 15 minutes to get through a line of 3 people and get two containers ofhash rounds. When I got them they were luke warm at best and tasted like they?d been sitting out for an hour (it was 6:30AM!!).On the way back in we stopped in just to grab a drink and an order of fries. Again another 15 mins just to get two orders offries. There were 5 cashiers taking orders and about 10-12 people in line. More people were in line this time than on the wayout but it still shouldn?t have taken so long with so many folks behind the counter. We only ordered two medium fries!The staffwas completely atypical for Chick-fil-A and looked like they?d rather be somewhere else instead of actually working. Show someurgency and show some interest in helping your customers. Very disappointed with this location and I think the only reasonpeople eat here is because it?s in the airport and you can?t really go down the street to a different Chick-fil-A location. I?ve gone to many chic fil as before because quite frankly, I love chic fil a, not just for the food but for the attitude. I... used to work at chic fil a and a big difference that I noticed from chic fil a and other fast food restaurants was that thecostumer service was elite and the food amazing. From all my experiences I thought that was the standard, the norm if youwill. I had been dropped at a different terminal and would have to pass security and TSA if I wanted chic fil a but f it! Itwas chic fil a and for some chic fil a I was willing to go through those tedious things. I get there and this chic fil aimmediately seems different. From of house has the same uniform as back of house. The menu was shorter, like no salads, tenders,mac, and the selection of drinks was minimal and a bunch of other differences. That?s just another observation though. Now tothe food? Early I mentioned that there?s a difference I notice from every chic fil a to your regular restaurant. And that?s thesoul in the food and general attitude. The food was?how do I put it. Salty from the tears of it?s employees. The buns werehard/stiff, the chicken was salty, the fries were over cooked and salty (made it very crispy though) but the produce (lettuceand tomato) were fresh! But overall the quality of the food wasn?t good :/ makes me sad to say that. I mean there wasn?t evenmany people at the location and with less items, you would think the food quality would be on point and amazing. They forgot togive us straws and granola for my granola parfey. Also my partner is military and he asked for the discount and they gave it tous which was cool but they didn?t even ask to see his ID. They also don?t have any scanner to redeem your chic fil a points oracquire more. Almost felt like a chic fil a knock off. I did the comparisons and Chick-fil-A is slow just like firehouse, I ordered Chick-fil-A three times in a row to see what the... hype is all about, the fries are tasteless, sandwiches are salty, lettuce & tomato are not fresh, I should have known myexperience was going to be bad, They always have a long line, certain cashier's have attitudes, the floor is always full withtrash, certain drinks are flavorless, the sweet tea is barely sweet, The fat Spanish guy that I think is a manager standsaround, the third order I placed took thirty mins and all I ordered was a sweet tea that wasn't all that sweet and a eight countnugget, they should be shut down immediately because it seems as though they don't know nothing about good quality or being in afast past mode to hand out orders, I understand the business of running a business but if I'm going to run a Chick-fil-A I wouldhave more good reviews than bad ones, It's Chick-fil-A I understand about not being open on Sunday but the fact that you guysdon't have soup, salads, tenders, Mac and cheese etc; what's the reason for the business of you guys being opened, if I'm goingto wait in line for thirty mins or more can you ad least have the full menu?? Wow! The girl behind the counter (Shanika) has the worst attitude ever. I was ordering breakfast for my family at the airport... and had the most unfriendly experience ever.
