Usually good and convenient for me when I go on lunch break from work. However, today was completely unorganized and to top it... off I had an entitled orlando police officer cut in front of me without consideration of people being in line. Along side ofthis set back employees were talking and barely doing the work they are supposed to be doing. I didn?t even get food and walkedout. This was a waste of 20 minutes for my lunch. I'm usually the first person to talk up chic fil a and the service I receive. But tonight was the most disappointing chic fil a... experience I've ever had. They were out of Mac n cheese and didn't inform me until I got to the window and I was treated like mypresence was inconveniencing them when I asked them to remove the Mac n cheese from the order instead of agreeing to replace itwith something I wasn't interested in. Then I open my food and my sandwich is cold and my chicken patty is burned. Like theyjust grabbed the last patty out of a drawer without looking or something. My cheese was half off the sandwich like they didn'tcare how they were preparing any of my food and my waffle fries were even colder and tasted old and completely unsalted. Read more

If you notice how many one and two stars there have been the past few months, it's for a reason. I placed a carry out order.... Once I got the notification that it was ready I waited about 5-8 minutes in the pick up area, making eye contact with themanager 3 times and the cashier twice and other team members. No one asked if I am waiting on a mobile order. So I decided to gointo the order line to see if my order was ready and I'm told I'm in the wrong line that mobile carry out is to be waited underpick up sign. I told him that I was there and no one was helping and everyone just walked passed me. He did not believe me.Apparently they no longer use the carry out shelves and only place the orders in the back counter. Customer service in chickfila is not like how it was used it. They would be very happy to let you stand staring at them waiting for your order withoutapproaching you. On a good note. The food was yummy as always. Read more
By far the most rude chick fil a location I?ve been to. The employees were rude to each other which was surprising to see,... ?Tracy? was super rude to one of the employees, the place was a mess, you could tell the tension between all of them was soobvious, I was uncomfortable being there to witness that and also I was upset with the service provided. Ghetto. Absolutelyghetto. This location is shameful compared to other ones I?ve been to. Management should do better! Good overall experience. Good hot food. Not much of a wait, just a few min to order. Would be a 5 star but I dined in and the... tables and seats were very messy. They had a lot of people working but nobody wiping down tables with food left on them. Read more
The food was good as always at Chick Filet but the customer service made it worth while. There was a young African American... young lady who I believe was the manager who so very nice with an awesome spirit that glowed with happiness. After I got myfood, I sat down to eat after having a stressful day and she had a big smile and greeted me and asked me how my day was. Iexplained that I just arrived in the US after being out the US for awhile and she welcomed me back and made my day. Thank youfor this amazing customer experience that makes want to come back to this store. I was the man who ordered a classic chic filetwith a Dr. Pepper around 6 or 7pm and told her I was just now eating my breakfast. Thank you for a great experience!
