Employees are rude. They take forever to take orders even when there?s no line. I even witness an employee using their phone... with gloves they supposed to prepare food with that?s unsanitary. DO NOT eat here if you value your health. Read more
Disgusting, overcooked, health hazard, 40 minute wait times for a burger, overstaffed and somehow still underworked. Generally... rude and ridiculously poor service. I mean come on, it's Checkers, not fine wine and dining, but I at least expect edible foodand workers to not throw food on each other in the back or openly pick their nose over food dishes. Spraying each other downwith the water house while visible roaches crawl around is crazy to me. Can't ask for a refund if the workers refuse to speak toyou; well played. Read more
Service was quite slow, as its also a drive through. However staff friendly and food was decent (for fast food).
Waited almost 25 minutes. In all fairness there was only 2 employees working. Automated service at drive thru and no contact... with a human. Got to window only to find out order not processed. So human processed order but was not brought forward in it'scorrect place of sequence. Then!!! Was directed to the other drive thru window to pick up food. We waited almost 20 minutesthere. We were at window 1st.... all orders after us was filled before us. So......we were holding up the pick up line. Foodwas mediocre at best. Order was incorrect as I asked for no cheese...but yep, cheese was on it. Fries were hot, had asked for alarge tho, yet only paid for a medium. Do not plan to return. It is a shame as they were busy and turning a profit whileproviding substandard service and food that just needed a little more attention. Read more
Order online on the app and it took them 40 mins to make the food while forgetting small parts of the order, even though there... was no one there in the line. Took them about 20 mins to actually come to us even though they knew we were there, and had toconfirm our order 3 times. The food was decent but not worth waiting 40 mins while not making the food correctly. Read more
Ordered at 12:20 am got home at 1:20 am, they asked my order 3 times from 3 different peeps. Took a while (40ish mins) to get... food. Online order said itd be ready around 12:30, got it at 1:10ish). Food was good, some options (no pickles, mustard andketchup, no bbq sauce) messed up, but meh. Overall okay if you are okay waiting. Read more
I love Checkers Food! I would just suggest to get 5 stars at this location they should think about what the people see who are... in the Walk Up line because the kind of makes you lose your appetite a little. Read more
