Their fries are very nice. Was told can't order at the window, have to drive through to buy only $5 fries and wait for 45 mins... while car is running. (they are supeeeeeeer slow) You end up using a gallon gas to get $5 fries. Not worth it. Go toMcDonalds!!! Read more
Trash. Price is $2 more than board says. Food cooked with old oil I had to throw up food when I arrived home. Wasps were buzzing... around because area not cleaned up front. No reciept provided, They definitely need to close this location down. Poor management Read more
Robot at the order mic. Didn?t have milkshake, sundaes or freezes. Employees not wearing name tags. All the girls were rude.... Didn?t greet us as we pulled to the window, when asked if there was a restroom available was simply told ?no? and had the windowshut on me. Read more
It was the worst checkers ever. I understand that a lot of restaurants are understaffed, this was not the case. Three female and... 1 male staff. As I am waiting for my food, walk up, the order window is open. Inside the staff are yelling at the male, they areall laughing one minute and yelling the next. The manager is screaming at the male as well but doing no work herself. Thecustomers ahead of me had been waiting at least a half hour for their orders. A drive thru customer was told to pull off and herhot dog and chicken strips would be brought out. After a half hour she came up to the window and couldn't even get a staffmember to cancel her order. Delivery drivers sitting for an hour waiting for their deliveries. I waited an hour for a checkerburger and fry. I tried to cancel my order as well to no success. With the exception of the male staff member, he was the onlyone working, the staff and especially the manager were very unprofessional. And after waiting an hour for my order it was wrong.I got some kind of chicken sandwich. Yuk. I got there at 12:30 approximately and didn't leave till 1:40 a.m. I felt so bad forthe male on that crew that night. Poor guy. Will not be going back to that checker's ever. Read more
You can rumba, hustle or waltz at checkers at their walk up window. I tried their dessert, the caramel cheesecake Sunday. It... hit the spot! This is a Checkers, so with that in mind, this is a great location. Read more
Language barrier is such an issue that you get to speak to a robot at the ordering pedestal. I suppose that the company has to... hire the people who are willing to work there, language ability notwithstanding. BUT, over several visits, my orders have alwaysbeen correct and the persons at the window friendly enough. Read more
