Refusing to serve customers that actually show up to order food and telling them you're only serving Uber eats orders is... ridiculous and horrible business. Your customers should be treated with a higher priority than a 3rd party company that chargesmore for your food than you do. It's insane that they care so little about their real customers. Read more
Asked for 2 plain double cheese burgers they gave me 2 double cheese burgers with everything my burgers was fine but they had to... remake the whole order over so I had to wait longer for my food to take home. I did my order at the walk up, imagine if Iplaced my order thru drive through SMH. They had lots of items on the menu. The automated ordering system was pretty cool as I didn't talk to an actual person while... ordering at the drive-thru. The strawberry shake was interesting, as it was unlike any I ever had. The strawberry syrup mixed inwith the vanilla ice cream gave it a distinct taste (very sweet). The burger was ok and the fries were great. Overall a goodmeal for a quick bite. Read more
This place is disgusting. While trying to pickup a doordash order. I seen a young lady drop a large drinks all over the delivery... orders. Everyone makes mistakes I get it. But what she did after she dropped the drink was not only unsanitary, but just flatout lazy. She used the gloves she had on to push the spill on the floor. She cleaned the floor with the same gloves she startedback to make the orders with. I called her out on it and her, a manager, and a young man got upset because I told them that'snot the way you handle someone's food. They closed the window on me and never made my customer's food over. The food sat therefor almost and hour forcing me to loose money and cancel my delivery order because they wouldn't remake the food that was soakedin strawberry drink. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE...NOT EVEN A ANIMAL. If you value your health you will stay awayfrom this place. Read more
