Refusing to serve customers that actually show up to order food and telling them you're only serving Uber eats orders is... ridiculous and horrible business. Your customers should be treated with a higher priority than a 3rd party company that chargesmore for your food than you do. It's insane that they care so little about their real customers. Read more
Asked for 2 plain double cheese burgers they gave me 2 double cheese burgers with everything my burgers was fine but they had to... remake the whole order over so I had to wait longer for my food to take home. I did my order at the walk up, imagine if Iplaced my order thru drive through SMH.
