Wow!! This is what a fine dining experience is supposed to be. Other restaurants in Orlando can?t even come close to the level... of service and quality of menu as Chatham?s. Everything they do is too notch. The cocktail menu and liquor selection, the winelist is fantastic, great specials, excellent food cooked exactly how it is supposed to be. Great balanced flavors. And theservice is impeccable. We were down to our last half glass of wine and we?re saving it for when our main dish came. The waiterread the situation and he surprised us with a glass of wine on the house! Those little details and service is what makes a goodexperience a great one and they do EVERYTHING right here. Went in tonight to celebrate our 15th anniversary and this is the place to be.. starting wit. Bruschetta and drinks were amazing... not cheap but really great? we ordered the special appetizer tuna Tartar and duck live patte and pasta table side for my son.
