I went here to eat lunch with my son today the first time ! Our food was very good but I couldn't enjoy it today because of... homeless lady came in and sat down at the table across from us she wasn't eating there she didn't have a drink from there. I'mnot a heartless person dut I could not enjoy my food this lady went through the motions of having convulsions she was moaningout loud and rolling her eyes back in her head laying on the table , she obviously was on something and we spoke to the personthat took our order Ciro and a couple other employees all they would say is that she had a sleeping disorder. I'm sorry but Iam paying customer . So now every time I think about eating here that's what's going to come to my mind so I probably won't begoing back! I have to say the steak on the cheese steak sad tender, but I cant say it even comes close to Miami Grill. The Sandwich as a... whole was sloppy and dry, even half the steak. I also got fries with our 2 cheesesteaks-($10) for an additional ($5) and ordered10 buffalo wings-($14) my total was $46. I felt for the$10 fries should be included, the sandwich wasn't worth $10 alone. Theonly thing I truly enjoyed was the Buffalo wings. I think there are much better choices for the money. I could have had OliveGarden for less. Read more
OMG I love the steak sandwich classic!!! If you haven't tried it, it's a most have!!

Stopped at Charley's today. What the picture don't show is a small chicken philly with onions, green peppers, mushrooms,... lettuce, tomatoes, mayo small fry with strawberry/blueberry mix lemonade. But the trays are empty and so is the cup. Guess thatmeans I CRUSHED. I am good and full. Read more
The place is new, clean and inviting. Our sandwiches were good but dry. They really needed more cheese and the meat was... overcooked. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh which helped. The strawberry lemonade is good, but we were served regular andhad to take it back to the counter. The large French fries were large enough for two. The place is worth maybe one more visit. Read more

First off let me say that it was my first experience with Charley's. We ordered a manager's special ???? it was fresh, and hot.... I got home and split my sandwich with my husband, we both agreed it was good but there was absolutely no seasoning on thechicken steak sandwich I purchased. The only thing that gave the sandwich some sort of flavor was the onions, peppers andMayonnaise. We were hungry so of course we ate it. They should think of a seasoning blend to put on the meat because noteverybody likes bland food. Read more
