My family loves going to Charley?s, but unfortunately this location has been getting worse each and every time. They don?t have... ingredients (ex lettuce, mayo, etc.) and they don?t have a lot of employees. It?s sad because they used to be amazing. Themanager of this location is very nice and the employees as well but I think they need more employees to keep up with the amountof orders they receive. If my wife's first experience is any indication the employees need to learn the difference between chicken and pigeon. They... might want to learn how to cook and a math class would be a benefit. My wife ordered two orders of chicken wings, 10 each. Thefirst thing I noticed was the wings were not small, they were tiny. The next was that each order only had 9 wings instead of 10( helps the profit margin I guess). Then we bit in. It was like bitting a stone. One of the worst!!!!! Especially the one in Florida mall. They are not clean enough!! They have attitude. I asked for a combo... sandwich and to have the fries with cheese and bacon. They wanted to charge me $10 for that. And after negotiations, she chargedme $7 for just the fries. Charlie's has always made really good Philly steak sandwiches, I've been eating here since 1996 when I first moved to Florida... and I've never once been disappointed. They taste great! The prices are a little steep for a sandwich but the food is reallygood so I guess it's worth it. At least it's worth it to me. I'm a traditional Philly guy so I've been ordering the sameoriginal Philly cheesesteak for the past 25 years. Never tried the chicken Philly and probably never will. Now they have theirdifferent variety of lemonades too which is great because I'm trying to get away from the soda.
