I've have gone to Charley's a few times since they opened a new one near me and I've always like they're food. But this time I... tried having it delivered and boy was that a mistake. When my food finally arrived it wasn't even warm, the fries were cold andsoggy and the drink watered-down. I basically just threw the food away. So that was basically money down the drain. I will neverorder delivery again nor will I recommend it to anyone. I'm not sure if I'll even visit another Charley's again. Hope thisreview helps others not to go through what I went. Update; Don't be fooled by the responses you get here from them sayingthey're going to make it right because they never reply. So it's obvious that bad customer service it's another one of theirflaws. Read more
