CAME IN ON OCT 15 ORDERED A MEAL FRIES WAS UNDER COOKED MAC AND CHEESE WAS SO SOUPY AND RUNNY. WORKERS WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL IT... SEEMS THAT FAST FOOD PLACES ARE HIRING ANYBODY JUST TO HAVE WORKERS. I've been here 3x's in the past 3 weeks... let me tell you... they are ON TOP OF THEIR GAME... everytime, wait staff is... incredibly polite and efficient... everytime, they ask if I want to add-on shrimp, everytime, the togo order is accurate andHOT... Love this captain Ds they are always so nice and food is always great just wish you could order a side of the crunchies from the... fish they always let me order it then at window will say they are out. Other than that I love them. Read more
Don't order thru door dash you most likely won't get your food at all. I contacted the location I ordered from they said take it... up with Doordash. Doordash gave me a credit and I ordered elsewhere. Never order captain ds again. Read more
Every Wednesday we do a family dine out and 95% of the time it's to a Captain D's. For years we have gone to another location... up the road and tonight we decided to try the one on W. Colonial in Pine Hills. The women behind the counter greeted us withenthusiasm and a smile. The order came out exactly how we ordered it and was hot. The hush puppies were cooked perfectly andthe shrimp was not over cooked or rubbery. Each of us tried the new spicy fish and it wasn't a disappointment. I've been coming to this captain ds for almost 10 years. At first it was really great. But lately it's been declining. The past... few times we've been going our order has been missing stuff. However yesterday's mess takes the cake Yesterday when we orderedour food wasn't correct. I ordered a catfish feast and it wasn't even on my ticket. This was the first thing I asked for when Igot to the counter so I'm not sure why they didn't have catfish feast on my ticket. I was only charged for the 3 sides that camewith it. Then everyone who ordered behind us orders were wrong. They tried to make it right. Took our ticket and still broughtthe wrong food and gave us back the wrong ticket. After about 45 minutes of back and forth i finally got my catfish but by thenmy appetite was gone. One of the employees was talking with someone about to be hired and they were cursing very loud in frontof all the customers. After this experience I don't think we'll be returning .
