Customer service here is terrible. We ordered 2 large legumes and the server gave us a smaller portion than usual. She tried to... be slick and quickly open/close the meal when presenting it to us . When I brought it to her attention she had a very nastyattitude and stated that other servers had been spoiling us. She then proceeded to take the meals to the back and removed somefrom each. The thing I don?t understand is if I?m paying my hard earned money why do you have to be so rude and why try to cheatme if you already raised the prices to accommodate for the expenses on the front end. No respect for their customers. If you?relooking for great customer service, this is not the place. Sooo frustrating smh. Read more
I don?t normally leave reviews but this place in particular is a mess! If I could give 0 starts I would. Unprofessional people... run this place. Over priced food. If you are getting anything catered do yourself a favor and pick somewhere else. They won?tcater enough for the amount of guest you requested. With the money you guys charge there should be no reason we get portionsizes small enough to feed toddlers! 0/0 would not recommend. Read more
I started my first day of work which was a success. But during the day I had gotten hungry so me and my older brother headed to... this amazing Haitian restaurant for lunch with kompa (Haitian music) vibes playing inside. We spent a good amount because thequality of the food is great. We got legume (smashed up vegetables with beef inside it) and white rice and a boiled plantain. Totop of it off, my favorite thing about this is the smoothie from the bar ????. At first I was going to try the Tureng (Cachiman)smoothie and they didn?t have it at the time so I had gotten the soursop instead, with milk in it. That was pretty much my lunchfor the day, I didn?t leave no leftovers and ate it all. If anyone is in Orlando or visiting, I?d would definitely advise themto give this Caribbean restaurant a try. My food my pretty good. My dad complained that his chicken was dry. I I also saw that the tablecloth and napkins we're not very... clean. The lady that served us did not bring us the drink we asked for. Also most of the food on the menu they did not have. Read more
Authentic Haitian Food... Very good traditional choices. Little pricey for the area but at least I know I?m always going to be... satisfied! Full bar, Music... ample parking. Staff friendly but not very organized. *I had to edit & take away some stars tojust 1....the customer service has gotten horrible. I always call ahead but they didn?t have my orders ready & a bunch ofexcuses. After waiting an excessive time this will definitely be my last time here. Read more
I was there today, 5.8.22 around 1pm. I ordered two pumpkin soups and two legumes. I called in my order 15 minutes prior to... arrival. After I got there and waited 20 minutes, I was told there?s no white rice for the legume. Reluctantly, I took thelegume with diri kole. Now the soups, they had absolutely NO pumpkin flavor!!!!
