I was last night with a group of 12 friends, our waiter was ALI, super rude from the beginning, when I arrived I asked him for a... water and he told me that he was not going to give it to me until he had taken the whole order together. I came here without reading reviews... that's my first mistake ... no one there to welcome you... service was rude and not... professional at alll..all... order chickpeas and it was not cook properly how can you go wrong with chicken... taste was ok...not so great... pitabread wascold....for the price they charge food is not worth that price... For those who's interested to eat Knafa! I would not recommend to eat it at this place and I think they labeled it wrong, since... it's not even close to what Knafa is. I went there just for the sweet desert (Knafa), and what I got is sweet noodles that'srounded and toasted from the bottom and hardly any cheese whatsoever, maybe one bite of cheese. The vibe was cool in my opinion. It?s not a place to come get ?rowdy? in a sense but to come and enjoy some good food and decent... music. I like the inside. It was nice. My waitress was B and she was nice. I will give her all 5?s. She addressed my concernsand she checked on us regularly. I had the meat comb which consisted of lamb chop, hamburger meat, chicken, steak, rice,onions, pita bread and cole slaw with some sort of sauces on the side. We came here from Icon Park thinking this was going to be a good experience. When we entered, no one welcomed us. Our server was... rude and incomprehensible. Food is overpriced for the serving size and the server basically begged for a higher tip even thoughthe service was absolutely ridiculous. No one was wearing a mask or a hair net either. Servers kept coming to our table andalmost picked my husbands plate WITH food on it and he had to ask them to stop. I recommend finding a nicer place. My most favorite thing about this place is their RICE, it?s so delicious and Saul satisfying. I reword their chicken Shish and... mutton chops, both were great and tasted fresh. The portion size is the right amount, the vibe is good and clean. The servicewas good. Read more
I ordered Chicken Shawarma, they said, they don?t have it, waitress asked me to try Doner Beef Shawarma, I ordered. It didn?t... come with the right salads, which should have included in the order. I reached out to the waitress, she rudely replied, that?sall we have!! we don?t have other salads, put in coleslaw (attached picture). She replied, I can bring you raw carrot if youwant.
