Nichole was absolutely amazing, she made me feel at home and served me a freshly cooked meal. I felt like she was my mother... making me a good ole home cooked meal. We have been #1 fans of their burgers for the past consecutive 8 years. Their milkshakes are our favorites. That custard is so... creamy and yummy. We also have visited multiple locations and by far the Sand Lake location is our favorite one. We had thepleasure to meet Mrs Nicole the store manager, last time we were dining in. She was amazing, she offered many ingredients no oneelse offered before. We thought it was something special on the Sand lake location lol. We really enjoy that last time and howshe treated us. We felt at home. We will continue with our regular visits to this location. Read more

This is my third and last time at this BurgerFi. The first it was opening weekend and we decided to give them another try. The... second was soon thereafter- now today we have it another go?and won?t be back. Our order had to be corrected three times duringthe process because the person taking the order wasn?t listening. One of the burgers we just wanted meat and cheese - so he rangin a bacon cheeseburger without bacon - a burger that?s a dollar more because of the bacon. It still came out wrong. They didfix the issue / order. I also will not understand a quick serve location asking for a tip where you order at the counter getyour own drinks etc.We tip well for service but this location and process doesn?t offer any service that warrants a tip. Payyour people better. Edit- after response from BurgerFi: yes, this appears to be the BurgerFi standard and no I can?t fill outan additional survey for you. Read this review and take action?or don?t. I won?t be back. Or copy and paste my comments in yourspecial website if the that?s what you need. I hardly ever give 1 star but I wish I can give zero stars for this burger place which is one of the widest burger places I ate... at with family in 19 years . Everyone didn?t like their food and I still paid $54 for 4 burgers and 3 drinks . Over priced whichI don?t mind if we enjoy the mean but in our case we didn?t and we paid top dollar for a Tata less burger with bad lettuce andhorrible sauces even the hotdog tasted horrible .
