Absolutely disappointing. It sucks when you have to result in fast food being though it?s not always the best option, but who... doesn?t love Burger King? I purchased from this store via drive thru around 8:22pm 5/17/2022. Was in the area for work trainingordered the number 12 chicken fries when I returned to my office they were so hard I couldn?t even bite them the fries weregreasy and soggy and my soda was flat I tried to call the store over 7 times seeing as I paid my hard earned money and wantedchewable food no one ever answered nor returned my call. Terrible service! Waited for 15 in drive thru w no cars in front of me. Whoever was working the drive thru could not be... understood through the mic. She kept telling me to wait w no cars at restaurant. When I finally was able to order she keptmessing up the order. Since I?m not going back to get my order messed up again, I?m just gonna leave a review. Order a #2 with no pickles, onions or... tomato and got a hard bun, overcooked burger and a bunch of jalapeños no one asked for. Maybe the woman taking the orderthought I didn?t want ketchup too when I asked for no tomato. Google maps and paper on their door says the BK on that location open until 10 pm. We arrived at 9 pm and they was closed. We... saw workers inside with closing doors. Ok, we did drive-through order but when we drive to pick up window we saw the list withworking hours until 10pm for dine-in/pick up and until 12 for drive-through. And that location never has impossible burgers. Read more
Now usually when I go to Burger King it's slow the service kind of sucks but I'm going to this one a couple of times and the... service I get right away they're super fast I'm very friendly and the food comes out pretty good I can't complain Read more
