¿What about this store? ¿Is it a ghost store? I lasted 15 minutes standing in front of the counter and nobody came towards me.... And it is not the first time that happens. Terrible experience. The incompetence of the team there yesterday between 1-2 pm was high. I ordered correctly I didn?t edit... anything literally paid full price and being the only customer in drive through and at the restaurant they managed to ruin myorder 2 times made it wrong for no reason I really felt let down and even though I was polite and asked so nicely to have thecheese because it?s my favorite part and gave them back the sandwiches to touch again they let me down. Don't bother. Not sure if the guy at the drive-thru couldn't hear us or was just mentally challenged but I shouldn't have to... scream my order at you and repeat myself 5 times for you to get it right. Drive thru took foreverrrr. I only ordered one meal. A whopper with a coke (nothing special). The line wasn't even long, i had... to wait by the window for about 20min. for the food. Screw this location. Showed up at 11, they close at 12. Ordered our food, got to the window at 11:20... Got our food at... 11:45 Dbl whopper no cheese was a single whopper with cheese. Texas whopper was a cold cheese burger in a Whopper wrapper. 1dude working and 4 chicks standing around eating and chatting while the lines around the building. Avoid this location at allcosts. They can't get a single order right and don't even wanna work so don't support their unearned check. We visited this restaurant last night! From the time we walked in the young lady behind the counter worked very hard, the... manager worked very hard, as 2 guys set in the back doing nothing telling the others they were going to quit tomorrow. The younglady working the register kept a smile on her face and continued with her job. The manager scrubbed the floors and prepared therestaurant for closure with a great attitude. It's hard in this day and time to keep help but I was truly impressed with themanager and the young lady working the front register.
