I am a service provider and I was working at this location today. Dye to a staffing shortage they were only taking drive thru... orders. A group of ladies, all of whom were deaf and mute, came to the door because they could not order using the drive thru.The manager, Jocelyn, opened the door, allowed them in and patiently took their written order. What happened to the good ole Burger King?Not just this location but everyone I have been to...the covid issue should not be an... answer because others are striving, the service has gone south in almost every location I have visited. How long before theselocations start closing and they go bankrupt? Took 10 minutes for anyone to even take our order. We ordered at 11:46am, the food was given to us after 12pm... for 2 burgers,... 2 shakes, and an order of nuggets. When I went to eat my burger, the person who ordered, ordered it wrong (yeah, I should havechecked receipt, but it the order was not what I asked). Short staffed? The restaurant is very clean. The service at the drive thru is faster than the dining in, but that is always the case at any... fast food restaurant. Their prices beat any of the mayor fast food chains. If you bring a coupon you get a super deal. Read more
Enjoyed our meal- plenty of parking. A little challenging to get access because of the busy intersection. There?s an entry on... Orange Ave and Sandlake road as well. Just the newer placed median makes you go down the road a bit. We have visited here formany years and we?ve had fresh food. The service was good. Food was made well and enjoyable. Read more
