Not horrible, just not good. Ordered breakfast including a biscuit sandwich and a croissant sandwich - received two croissant... sandwiches. Sandwiches tasted a little weird...Order was packaged neatly with appropriate condiments. Coffee was not hot hot. Read more

This location is simply awful. They always are out of important menu items, they always treat you with an attitude and when you... ask for anything they always look at you with this ?stop wasting my time? look. There is a better Burger King a few blocksnorth, take the extra few miles for a better experience. Read more
When they forgot my fries the lady ask me to come back up there and another employer said something to her, and as I was getting... ready to go up there the cashier said to the other employer, because I dont want her her to get home and have to come back andget it. I appreciated her for saying it but scratched my head at the other employer for him questioning her. The food was good. Read more
*Update* Since my original review I have ordered from this particular location twice to attempt to give them another chance. On... 2/1 My order was just fine, but no straw in the bag. 3/16 My order seemed to take a while to prepare and I found out why. Theyhad forgotten ketchup on my burger so as I removed the bun to add some I saw the special ingredient. A 4-5 inch long black hair.Obviously my stomach turned and I did not eat anything from them. Again, trying to be a good customer I tried calling the storebefore running to the interwebs. I tried 3 times and no one ever picked up. I just don?t think they care. Unfortunately, I hadto cancel my Uber order. I was told they didn?t have ice cream and I would have to cancel the order. I let them know I didn?tcare about the ice cream and just send everything else. The person told the driver I was canceling and I interrupted and said Inever said that and to give him the food without the ice cream. I was then told that they could not do that and he didn?tunderstand. At this point I asked for his name and was promptly hung up on. Before dropping the order the driver told me thename of the person was arguing with me was Davey. Great job dude, bet you?re so proud you stuck to the rules and wasted yourtime, my time and the driver?s time. All for ice cream I said I didn?t care about. Multiple calls to the branch went unanswered.I?m not trying to be petty and I understand there are certain protocols, the way I was spoken to and treated was just out of therealm of any expectations I had - which are usually pretty low to begin with. My first thought is not to jump online andcomplain, I try my best to rectify it one on one. However, since they never answered their phone for me to actually try to dothat with a member of management this is my only option to express my frustration and disappointment. Comparing with other BK locations this location has one of the most tasty whoppers in the area, and it?s clean. Giving 4 stars... because they can do better with the fries and some drinks were not available. Read more
