I almost never go to this BK because the food is always terrible, wrong or the employees are rude. I had no choice this... afternoon because my pregnant wife was craving onion rings and once again, this BK has failed to hit the mark. I ordered a largechicken fries with onion rings for my wife, and for myself a Bacon King sandwich. Not only did my wife not get her onion ringswith her order, but I didn't even get a Bacon King. I was given a single cheeseburger with onions. How this location continuesto stay in business despite all of the terrible 1 star reviews is beyond my understanding. This is an update to my original review. Chicken sandwich is old, lettuce is old, and onion rings are old! Fountain drink not... mixed properly! Ridiculous! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Place should close. Line is always long, then you finally think you are next toplace your order, and there is complete silence. No one takes your order. One employee is not enough to run this Burger King, itshould not be legal. Save yourself the trouble, go to McDonald?s! Read more

I took it in drive through. Worst chicken sandwich I ever had. It has just buns and chicken patty and very little lettuce. Too... salty, no mayonnaise or any other sauce in it. Nuggets are not fresh. McDonald?s is far better than the BK in Townloop, Hunter?screek area, FL. Read more
Absolutely TERRIBLE!! Waited over 20 minutes at the speaker in the drive-thru. The car behind me left. The person at the window... never said 1 word to me. I asked for zesty sauce when I paid. He handed me the bag and closed the window. It did have 1 sauceinside. I ordered the new melty whopper and the bottom bun was just a piece of bread. Not toasted at all. It was horrible!!! Iate a couple bites, because I was starving, but it was so gross that was all I could eat, so I gave it to my dog! Total waste oftime and money! Read more
NO ONE WORKING. We went to Burger King at about 8:30pm and the store was open and no one was taking our order thru the drive... thru. We drove around and saw through the windows, kids working there and chatting in the back. Swung back around they startedto take orders (2 cars ahead of me) then my burger tasted like it was made yesterday; bread thin and hard (my son's was justfine) and my onion rings tasted rancid. Went back around to replace and they were gone again. I went to southchase and gotexcellent service...terrible management. Just dont bother. Goto the SouthChase location where Isabelle the mgr will take careof you. She replaced my terrible meal. She was an angel. Read more

I don?t even write reviews but the service here was horrible I rarely come here but I wanted to try the fish sandwich and I... decided to get a Hershey pie first of all they charged me $1 for 2 slices of cheese and I only wanted one they said theycouldn?t do that so I said just take it off got to the window it was taking so long to get it taken off so I said just keep itlike that and even then I only got one slice but charged for two the Hershey pie seems like it had a sticker on it for qualitybut seems as tho it was ripped off and maybe numbers were smudged from the exportation date since I can only see 0922 which iscrazy as we are basically in November so on top of being understaffed, never having hot food, bad customer service they areserving months old food.
