It is unfortunate that the staffing issue is this bad yet the restaurant allows it to be open with one employee where she had to... LOCK THE DOORS with a dining room filled with people. This location is open till midnight or 24 hours and it was 8 pm I wasknocking on the doors and the lady just looked at me. My kids could have been inside for all she knows. Corporate needs to knowabout this just for the simple fact that it poses a fire issue safety threat to lock the doors yet still be open with peopleinside. To the store manager and or owner I am sure you are aware of the staffing issue but you allowed your employee tooperate by herself where she felt the need to lock up. As a Manger of a Panda Express, the service here is anything but pleasant. The associates have no idea on what customer service... is and the manager is rude to them as well. Food taking awhile I understand, espically if your short staffed. Lowsey managementhowever i do not understand. Your associates are humans, speak to them like they are and not dogs. Drove into the drive thru and seen two cars before me. When it was my turn I was left unattended without anyone contacting me. I... was in the drive through for 15 minutes until I finally drove to the window and seen nobody standing there. Waited another 5minutes and nobody came to attend me. This made me late to work and I had to order food from another business to my job. Verybad customer service. I do not recommend this location to anybody. Read more

Was checking online and on the app and was happy to see that they close a little late like most fast food so i placed an order... though the app and drove for 25 min. And arrived at 9:51PM to find out that they decided to close more than 2 hours early andnot the first time it happens and no refunds without going though the wait line on the phone with customer service in themorning, Worst fast food chain ever!
