No stars at all. Very upsetting to go to a place to eat as a family and they don't let you in, only drive-through and no... explanation whatsoever, not even a note on the door. The person inside only looked and ignored the customers outside justtelling them to go around. I took my family somewhere else to enjoy time together and not be stranded in a car to eat. Read more
The staff was extremely unprofessional and kept laughing while we were trying to order. They also kept adding random charges to... our order. We just decided to leave after waiting 10 minutes. Definitely don't recommend this location. Read more
I go here daily unfortunately but today really was unacceptable. Waited in line 21 minutes and then got my food (mozzarella... sticks) burnt which you can?t even eat them. Then they have me waiting in line another 19ish minutes, then they told me I haveto wait again and park in the front. I waited again 15 more minutes and the girl who gave me the mozzarella sticks didn?t evensay anything to me. I do not recommend this burger kind to anyone. The staff is always very rude and they take forever to takeyour order and to give you the food. Oh and instead of closing at 12AM, you?ll come and they already closed by 11pm! Ordered 2 whopper meals for 2 with cheese. Didn't even put cheese on it. We received our Cokes and they tasted like something... was off, so I asked politely to make sure we got our correct drinks. The drive thru lady said "oh well, and slammed the windowshut and walked away." Talk about rude. If you want trash service and your order incorrect. Then boy do I have the place foryou to try! Fire the rude Mexican guy with tattoos who doesn?t even wear a uniform, very unprofessional, rude. l tried to redeem my coupon... for free fries and he charged me for one and i got second fries for free why dafuq would i ever order two fries.
