If you don't have the ingredients necessary to prepare the meals you advertise to sell, Please advise the customer before making... the sale. A whooper should have beside the buns and the meat lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, mayonnaise and ketchup at least.We got buns and meat and cold after a 20 minute wait. I will not come back to this location nor will I recommend it. My order was incorrect and I was paid little heed as a customer.... I stood for a few minutes waiting to order as no one acknowledged me or said hello. Eventually, a young man asked me for myorder. I had ordered two sandwiches, part of the 2 for $6 special, and asked for no mayonnaise on either. It was the last thingI said with regard to my order before saying that would be all. Another customer was also not acknowledged and she had to leanover the counter to get his attention. My food was prepared quickly enough, but I noticed that one of my sandwiches was takendown from the hot station and they added something to it. After sitting, I can only imagine that mayo is what was added andsure enough, after checking my sandwich, mayo was on it. So I had to go back up to the counter and ask for a new one. Anotheryoung man looked at me and the sandwich and said something to the extent of, 'okay, we'll get another one'. I stood there forabout 10 seconds listening to them muttering among themselves while the first young man to take my order aggressively threw itin the trash. The only communication made with me about my order was a young woman who was in uniform, but seemingly off dutyor on lunch, asked me if I wanted no mayo to which I responded I had asked for none on either one. No apology or considerationwas made about the mistake. The final concern was that the young woman who was in uniform was engaged in conversation withanother employee about something which had happened outside of the workplace. I don't know about you, but as a customer, Idon't want to hear about you or someone you know losing $500 and some drugs, and to hear it being discussed loudly on top ofthat. I couldn't finish my meal in peace so I had to leave, and to my dismay, I was met with sideways glances as I walkedaround looking for a trash can on my way out, as if they were apprehensive about having to talk to me again. The whopper was made fresh. This would have been a 5star but the onion rings were not hot/fresh. Next time I will ask if they... are fresh and have a fresh basket dropped. The staff was wonderful and friendly. Read more
I just went here at 11:30am on a Sunday, sign said open and there were cars in the parking lot. Got to the window only to be... told they are not taking any orders at this time and no other explanation as to why. Since when does a fast food place notaccept orders in the middle of the day at lunch time. Will not be coming here again. Read more

Never open at the scheduled time. I?ve been here several times, and they are never open; it?s almost an hour past opening time,... and they are still closed. So it would be a good idea not to do a mobile order unless you guarantee they are open by pulling upfirst because you won?t get a refund until 3-5 BUSINESS days. Something should be done about it.
