My experience at the Burger King location was good. Took my family to dine in, and the inside was updated, clean, and organized.... The cashers speak English and Spanish. They took my coupons via mobile and promptly took my order. The table were cleaned andfood was well served. It was moderately busy, but only via drive thru. I politely ask to use a online coupon that includes two entrees and small fries, I reiterated that point a few times but the... gentleman (presumably manager or similar position based off clothing) that helped said he had it covered, he knew what I wantedbut I didn?t feel confident that he did. I even showed him the exact promotion on the app but he refused to use it because hethought he understood what I wanted. He did not get my order right. I ordered an original chicken sandwich through Uber eats and received a chicken jr tried calling the store 5 times (within... operating hours ofc) and they didn?t pick up once. Thankfully I got a refund through Uber eats. The kicker is I wasn?t callingfor a refund I was calling to see if they gave me the wrong sandwich because they ran out of the original (if that was the casethey could?ve cancelled the order) if it was a mistake I was willing to go into the store and purchase another one. Took half hour to get through the drive thru and they forgot the onion rings. It's funny cause I repeatedly said Zesty sauce for... the onion rings. I got the sauce ???? This location almost always gets the order wrong. Check your bag before you pull away. Thecrew works hard. Read more
