I walked in at 8pm and the employees yelling across the lobby that they are closed when clearly it says the lobby hours say 9PM... so make that make sense. I just wanted to eat with my kids before they went skating if I wanted the drive thru I would have wentthru it.... Mind you there was one person inside and one person at the drive thru that's it. I ordered delivery over an hour and a half a go. Was quoted 35 for delivery I get it orders can get delayed. I get a... notification that the food was delivered which I thought was weird I put in the notes to knock on the door as I have a cash tip.I go and look outside my food is no where to be found I contact support they just say my food is still on its way I am now out$26 and still have not received my food. Their website states that they are open until ?12 AM? but if you try to go through the drive thru at 10:50 or 11:15 the rude... employees will tell you that it?s closed, that is unacceptable, if they can?t work until 12 AM the hours should be update on thewebsite and at the store. Went today at 9:55pm, no one answered the drive thru, no one near any of the windows. I drove around, saw 3 to 4 staff members... shooting the breeze, seeting in the dining area just talking. I am sure there are people qilling to work out there, just not atthis Burger king. Read more
I order a #2 and a plain #7 I did not get it . They were rude and the girl that took my oder in English when I go to the window... she said I don't speak English when I told her that not my order. Bk takes my money and I get Horrible services. Next time Iwill go to Mcdonalds. Read more
