The restaurant caught on fire shortly after placing my order. The resulting smoke forced an evacuation of the entire terminal,... causing my flight to be delayed by several hours. I never did get my Whopper. Yet, it still wasn?t the worst Burger King I?veever had. 2 stars. Read more
Staff is nice. Super slow. Long Waits. Receipt machine broken in self order. Understaffed-Stacks of food in the heat rack... waiting to get bagged. Check your order before walking away- Gave wrong side order, out chocolate milk Under staffed but niceenough. Don?t go here if you value your time over saving $7 difference from another restaurant. NOT RECOMMENDED! Line was long, cashier was nice but at some point the manager told to leave (nobody knows where) and she left a... line of like 15 people waiting for her to get back (15 minutes) after my order was finally taken and paid for, had to wait formore then 25 minutes. Seemed like the kitchen was having issues getti g the food done, and the lady putting the orders togetherand giving them to (angry) customers was very slow and taking the time she pleased, even tho she got many complains from may ofus, she just stood there like it wasn't her problem. Fired were cold as ice, and funny their was no ice on any of the sodamachines. Would give them ZERO stats if it was possible. Slowest Burger King ever!! Travel through MCO a lot. It's one of the busiest BK, yet short staff cause unnecessary delays. One... person taking orders and has to serve and prep. Sandwiches are precooked and sitting?!? Can't order ahead on the App either. Read more
Yes it is slow but I watched a guy meticulously make my Whopper with cheese and bacon and no onion and my son?s stacker. They... were hot juicy and looked great. If you have to wait this long at least make great burgers. Was nice enough that I asked for theguy?s name. Hat tip to Glen for taking pride in his work. I just wanted to acknowledge him because he did it right when he wasnot aware someone was watching and it was appreciated! In fairness to the staff they are hit nonstop with order after order andcustomers waiting with arms crossed and zero empathy. Keep up the good work Glen. Read more

I do not recommend this place at all. The staff is slow at taking order. I ordered the kids meal, I asked for milk. They just... gave me a drink for the fountain. I asked the person again, she said it should be on the side but there weren?t any. I orderedthe Spicy Crispy Chicken, they charged me then after waiting 10 minutes for my order, they told me there isn?t any. They ask ifthey can give the regular chicken burger instead. I said the price is different, and would I get a refund. They said no. Iwaited for another 10 minutes and I still didn?t get my order. Finally I just asked for whatever is available because myboarding started. Very slow. Would not go ever again. Read more
