After waiting 45 minutes in line and 20 for food, they served us a dead raw chicken sandwich that had about 1/2 an inch of... cooked chicken on the outer part. Many bad reviews of this place, and it really depends on the staff and especially time of day you get there. I got there at 10pm... and there was a twenty people deep line. Nevertheless, I got my food and my fries were nice and hot. My drink was warm hence whyI am not giving it more stars. The burger I waited until I got home to eat and it still tastes like a whopper I would get athome. Nothing to write home about, but I?ll still eat it and enjoy it! Read more

It doesn't matter what time of day you're here, the line to order will always wrap around the entire food court and extend out... into the terminal. Unless you're more than an hour early for your flight (unlikely if you're on Frontier or Spirit and had tocheck a bag, thanks to their policies), you're probably not going to have enough time to get anything. Same story with theStarbucks. If any of the other obscure places at the food court are open, that's probably your only chance at getting real food;otherwise, I hope you like $10 chicken salad sandwiches from Hudson News. If I could even give it negative stars I definitely would. I get that its an airport, but I literally stood in line as the 15th... for 53 minutes and almost missed my flight. You'd look around and see other lines, and I counted at least a set of 7 people movein the time it took me to walk one step lol the lady would go back and forth, taking one customer then going to laugh with thecrew or going to chit chat with the airport staff, then come back sounding annoyed to take the next customer. When I finally gotup to the front, she not only messed up my order (i ordered 2 croissant sandwiches and only got 1), but the samdwich was halfout of the croissant ???? and with the 50 croissant sandwiches I saw sitting on the shelf, you'd figure the line would movefaster. The long line snaking into the middle of the food court with no ropes or barriers to condense and control was annoying. It was... moving very slowly. There was only one person on the register. After ordering, I waited a long time for my food, too!Inefficient kitchen: I was next in line for food and other people got their food before me which wouldn't have bothered meexcept they were making sandwiches to line up under the heat lamp instead of mine! Who were these even for? I was the only oneleft who had been to the register! 2 workers could be seen just sitting at computers, and the manager left and was really loudand obvious about it. Very dirty kitchen: Tons of nuggets and fries on the floor. Fries not salted, it was DIY. Staff was surlyand seemed angry at us. I was given a dirty look when I asked for sweet and sour sauce. Unbelievable. Over an hour wait for food. The cashier was training and needed help with every order. 10 people ahead of us and... took over 20 minutes to get to order. Then it was 5 after 10. No more breakfast. Then waited almost 40 minutes for food. Plentyof employees. Very poorly trained employees and leadership seemed non existent. Fast food? My way? I would avoid this BurgerKing! Absolutely horrible. 45 min wait in line. Only 1 cash register open with 6 people in kitchen. Menu board is out so no one in... line knows what to order. Has a self serve kiosk but it?s right next to open register so you cannot order on it when someone isat register. If you watch the employees they all show no urgency and have only 1 speed. SUPER SLOW!!!! Management is horribleand disorganized. Cashier is literally the slowest I have seen in years. Read more
