Finally got remodeled in 2022 to a new old classic look. Service is still horrible, waited over 30 minutes to get my food done... and served when I was the only one at the restaurant, no one at drive thru as well. ???? Very unpressional. I ordered french toast :was told couldn't get syrup cause they could not found it. Then ordered a sausage... melt; was giving ham. The manager didn't want to fix the misunderstanding. When i asked for a replacement the girl in the backhad an attitude. Then the manager throw the sryup on the counter at me. When I asked her for her name she said "figure it out".If i was the owner of this store ; I'd be worried my customers and how they are being treated. Read more
Poor Service! Yesterday I waited nearly 1 HOUR & 20 MINUTES for 5 Junior Whopper burgers! One justification they gave to many... costumers that were also waiting for their meals, and many people was inside the restaurant and very unhappy with the situation,but the justification was that the system deletes the orders after a certain time, to prevent orders being active when employeesforget to delete them. Then the restaurant didn't have Nuggets!? How? The gave 3 options to choose from, Extra chips, cheesefingers or Jalapeno, I've made my choices, but after a long wait and when they delivered my burgers was missing one, and fromthe different choices I've made they delivered all wrong! They also delivered the burgers without Bacon's, how? Because I tookthe meals to the Hotel nearby I didn't notice on time. The drinks machine didn't have Ice and many kinds of drinks, like Lemondrink. Restaurant didn't have Straws, how?! Every time I come to this location or the one on Vineland rd, I am waiting over 40 minutes for my food. How is this even... acceptable from a FAST FOOD restaurant?! I'm not confrontational at all but I just waited 45 minutes for a chicken sandwich and nuggets. After 45 minutes, they ask me if... I'm willing to wait longer for the nuggets or if I want chicken fries. I told her i waited long enough. I want a refund and theysaid they would need to charge me for the drinks. I left. Girl at the front had an attitude as I ordered then manager had aworse attitude when I said i wanted a refund. A disaster. Read more
