I've gone to this BK twice in a row and had to leave the drive thru because they were taking extremely to long to service us.... There were zero cars in front of us and the person in charge gave us no explanation as to why we were waiting 15+ minutes, withno cars in the drive thru. This is 2 times in a row. The third and final time the wait wasn't as long but still it took them 15minutes to service the car in front of us, and then we had to wait another 10. Only for them to tell us they didn't have what wewanted. At lunch time, they're short menu items...this place is ridiculously slow, they display no sense of urgency, nor do theyprovide common courtesy, and politeness when they're underperforming at their jobs. I will not be spending money at thisestablishment. Sad to, because the other BK in our area was closed down for the same inconsistencies, and patron complaints. Youmight wanna fix yourselves Burger King. Read more

They don?t have half of the menu, not even sodas!, the menu is incorrect and they don?t fix it, looks sloppy, dirty and some... employees look that they don?t care anymore with long faces. Thy didn?t give me my receipt. They show in the menu thing theydon?t have!! Looks abandoned. Horrible! They are loosing a lot of money! Read more

Horrible! They should have a 0 star option. I ordered the food, paid with a gift card (the type you get from Amazon with... multiple places on it). The card says run as credit. They keep telling me the card is not valid and I said how are you runningit and they said as a gift card and I said it says you have to run it as credit bc it?s not specifically a Burger King giftcard. They said that?s how they were running it. I just paid with a different card as I proceeded to get yelled at by theworker. Probably the worst customer service I have ever had. Before being yelled at I even said no big deal I?ll just pay witha different card (debit card) and use it at Panera since that was also on there. Day before BK and day after I used it atPanera without a problem. I don?t really care as much for the gift card not working but it?s ridiculous to yell at someone in adrive thru to which I had to say I?m not arguing about it I really don?t care and I already paid with a different card. It?s nowonder why Burger Kings are closing down. Also, after paying with my debit card she crumpled up the receipt and threw it out. I asked for a receipt because of the horrible interaction, just to make sure everything was charged correctly and then I wastold I just threw it out. Another employee who didn?t scream at me just reprinted me one out. Read more

I am looking for any redeemable qualities about this location, or the staff. But, I just had one of the worst fast food... experiences in a while. I placed my order and pulled around to the window. I had an offer on my BK app, but the code was notloading. All other functions were working, and the associate could see the offer loaded. But, he informed me I needed to pay the$9, instead of the $3. Reluctantly, I gave him my card because I had ordered the food, and did not want to argue after a dayswork. I guess they had thought I gave them attitude, because the girl who brought my order only brought one item. I noticedimmediately that this was incorrect, and she stated ?oops, must?ve just forgot?. I didn?t appreciate feeling like she left aportion of my order on the counter just because I wanted my food. When I was finally able to see all the items in the 3 separatebags, I asked for the receipt. I was told directly by both employees that they ?cannot print receipts, and will not give meone?. I can?t help but feel as though this location is scamming the unfortunate customers who pass by. Purposely leaving foodout of an order, and refusing to wait to honor a discount is unacceptable. I caution the residents and travelers of Avalon, andsuggest that you stop by the Taco Bell, or McDonald?s for better service. The worst part, my fries were cold. Read more

The food was cold and dry. No receipt given. My fries were just shells that tasted like used oil. It's like they reheated some... old fries. the two whoppers I had were cold. Had reheat in microwave. All the burger kings in Orlando suck. Haven't been to agood one since I moved here. Read more
