Let me start this by saying they need to change the whole shift or close this place down until they can find or train someone to... manage this place. This is the worst most awful place you can eat at my first time coming to this burger king on John young nextto Walgreens is the last my food was cold sitting there for 18 min I was waiting for someone to take my order but that took 15min until someone took my order 33 minutes in a store waiting standing cause the tables and chairs were so dirty it had foodleft from others that were eating there .then they be cross-contamination the girl came out the fridge went to go grab thewindow with the same gloves she made burgers with when asking her to changed them she was so mad at me she walked to the backand came back upset at everyone no manager was there the whole time. Absolutely horrible... 6:15 on a Sunday evening .. there's probably four people working in the entire place.. it has taken me a... total of 30 minutes and I still haven't gotten my food in the Drive-Thru! the manager is very slow and seems to not care abouther job and has no sense of urgency whatsoever. I was not greeted when I pulled up to the speaker and I was not thanked when Ireceived my order and on top of it my order was wrong and my food was cold. I do not recommend ever going to this Burger Kingand will be glad when they close it. Read more
Im a truck driver. Its hard to park and eat most places. This is not to user friendly, but thats not my complaint. I finally get... in the place, I park, I go inside and they tell me they're closed. 2 o'clock in the afternoon and they're. closed. Appearlentythey're doing interviews to hire people. Both times I have went there seemed to be 2 woman running the store. Or at least drive thru and I had the best freaking food.... Normally I don't like Burger King but we tried and will keep going back until they disappoint. We do go during the evening shiftso idk if that has anything to do with it. But amazing! Read more
