Oh my goodness, my mother and I just happened upon this place and this was our second time coming and oh man when I tell you... the food is better than great. I hate that I ate my burger before taking a picture but it is just that good. We definitely lovedthe customer service from both the manager as well as the cooks. Try them out. Pretzel bun was great, but the meat was pretty small. It was good, just too small. Here is what we ordered: two single patty... burgers, one with a pretzel bun, loaded fries and two regular milkshakes. Price: $35. Tipping at the register starts at 15% forordering at the counter and picking up at the counter and cleaning your own table. I normally tip 20% minimum, but that is fortable service. Will I go back? No, for the following reasons: small burger patty, loaded fries was like Velveeta cheese andbacon bits(good bacon!) and the assumption that they deserve a 15% tip prior to tasting the food they prepared. If you want tomake a minimum 15% tip, go get a job at a sit down restaurant and deliver the food. Read more

Everything was great. They have a lot of options and since I don't eat beef I was going with the Impossible burger. The server... suggested the buffalo chicken and man let me tell you...it was everything. I put together the perfect chicken sandwich for me.My family loved the food which is great to say when you a 12 year old and an 8 year old. My family had such a wonderful experience. We were in search of another burger place and I saw Build My Burger on TikTok. We... went on Friday afternoon and it wasn't super busy which was nice. It was a very nice atmosphere and the staff wereexceptionally kind. The burger was nicely seasoned and not greasy. I appreciate being able to choose my own type of roll. I hadthe brioche. I had one patty and it was very filling. My son ordered the chocolate milkshake and it loved every bit of it. Icouldn't believe it actually had a full size chocolate bar it in. I ordered lemon pepper wings to go. They were great, but I doprefer mine a little crisper so I would ask them to fry a little longer. The fried oreo was amazing. I loved that it wasn't toosweet. I drove an hour and half to eat here and I definitely would do it again! They made the best mushroom onion Swiss burger I've... ever had in my life! So much so I ate the entire thing, which I don't ever do! The Manger and business owner are some of thefriendliest and staff I've come across at a restaurant in the 9 years I've lived here in florida. I will be back again!
