Me and my family were on vacation and they ruined dinner on our first day here. The waitress was great! Superb! The lazy a**... lying front desk workers and heavy set female worker with the short hair need to take a crash course on customer service 101.Very ghetto. Asked for chicken to be well done, waited well over a half an hour for the food to be done. Finally bring the foodout and it?s just hot. Not well done at all. Being African American we know the difference between just cooked and well done.Chicken was very lackluster in taste and rubbery. The male manager with the dreads was also accommodating in addition to ourserver, but the female heavyset worker was rude and displayed ignorant behavior when she went to the back to do whatever it shedoes. This restaurant is the worst restaurant I've ever had in Orlando, the waiters ignore the customers' demands, chat at the order... place where the food is ordered, the food is even terrible and disgusting, absolutely don't come unless you want a badexperience. Yesterday the clerk said there would be a 45 minute wait for takeout, so I thought I'd come back today. Today, theclerk told me that it takes 20-25 minutes to wait for takeout, and I am very happy that the waiting time has beenshortened. However, I waited a long time without my meal, and even the guests who came later than me got their food. I respondedto the clerk, she told me only to wait one minute for my order, but I still wait for few minutes. Finally, I got my food at10:48 and waited almost 40 minutes, I was cheated. When I got back to the apartment, I found that my food was neither crispy norcold. What made me even more angry was that I saw that my receipt was completely different from the order receipt that theclerk gave to the kitchen, obviously my order was ignored, which resulted in me not getting the food within the time, and thefood I got was very terrible. If you can, there is KFC nearby, this store is not worth coming to try. Read more
Zaida wonderful watress very informative about menu. She was so polite and kept us happy the whole visit. Food was delicious and... had a great time. Cool lunch and great interior design. The absolute worst place I've ever eaten. We ordered take out to go back to our hotel as it was about to storm. One our sauce... had chips in it already. So that means someone had already used the sauce...NASTY MOVE! Second.. Our lemon pepper wings had nolemon pepper on them and were dry and hard. The boneless wings were drenched in garlic but too hard to eat. The fries were hardas well. Wasted 48.00 I probably should have checked the food but man! Highly disappointed!! Read more
This place did not disappoint when it came to food and drinks. Service was great and never had to ask for anything. Sports of... every variety readily available. Bathroom was not so great. At 11:50 am, the men's room was already wrecked and smelled awful.The door had a clear line of grime around the door handle that needs to be cleaned as well. Read more
Great place to share a casual meal with the family. Plenty of space. This restaurant has two nice outdoor patios facing... International Drive. Thursday was the day to go. We got a nice buy one, get one free surprise for some of the wings. I orderedthe chicken club sandwich and a salad. Read more
This is possibly the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever had the displeasure of ordering from. I put in a online order at 4:39pm.... The online receipt told me the order would be ready for pickup at 5:10p. I go inside they don't seem to have my order and ask toverify the address. I'm at the right location but apparently their system is down. Thats fine and I can understand that. Werelay the order and the guy at the front was honestly really nice. We waited until 6:06pm to get our new order. We drove homeonly to see the saddest order of wings. To say the wings were dry and incredibly small would be an understatement. Two of thewings looked like a tiny nugget. Considering the situation no care was taken in the order. I understand having a system downand not having the order prepared, what I don't understand is how little they cared about making sure it was done well. I spent$38 on this meal and I feel absolutely cheated. To show a scale of how small they were I took a photo of the sauce cup vs thewing and also the nugget of a wing that I had two of. I have ordered from this restaurant chain for years and this is literallythe worst food I've ever received and will not return to this location. This place should have been packed for Sunday football watchers! There were a few families in the dining area and a few people... at bar but......pretty sparse! My husband and I couldn't figure out why at first since the place is really nice! Like reallynice! There are tons of tvs for sports fanatics. Tvs everywhere. We sat at a high top near the bar and it took 15 minutes tosee a server... let alone talk to one. And when she did arrive she seemed miserable. We finally ordered a drink andwings...becuase if it's in the name it has to be good....but, we were disappointed. Cold and the sauces not good. We didn't evenfinish the first wing.
