Very rarely do I feel so compelled to leave a raving review for an establishment like the one I must leave here today. What an... incredible staff they have at this b dubs location. Ive been taken care of by the bartender Jenna (I think that was her name I?mnot sure I can be forgetful) and another employee named Justin(although I haven?t seen him in awhile). Jenna and Justin providedtop notch service every single time that I have been there. It only took me going there two times and they remembered my drinkorder and have already had their hand on the tap as I?m sitting down. I came once a week when justin was there because he wassuch a great guy and would always brighten up my day. He remembered my drink and food order every time. Would easily multitaskand create good conversations between patrons, getting people to talk to eachother which in turn got us buying more drinks. Iwas saddened that I wasn?t seeing him anymore and had stopped coming as much until I met Jenna. She has been just absolutelyamazing 10 out of 5 stars. Also remembers my orders and is such a great conversationalist. Gets the party going and keeps itgoing. I was never thirsty, kept my beers AND my waters refilled. Not too shabby wings. Their burgers are pretty good. Just not great food. The servers are great. It?s a fun environment. Just... wish the food was better. Giving it 3 stars for the servers, parm gar wings and burgers. Last burger was sogged out and greasy.That?s usually not how it is though. Read more

Came to eat last night with my family of 5. The server took about 20 minutes after giving us our drinks just to come back and... ask for our orders. Our wings and appetizers came out at the same time in about 10 minutes but all were cold. We had no napkinsor forks and she never came back to check on us. We ate our boneless wings with our hands and waited about 40 minutes beforewaving down another server to ask if she could check on my fathers chicken sandwich and get us refills. The server then cameback to tell us the sandwich was never made and she would put it in. We waited another 25 minutes before getting the sandwichand just bringing it home. I worked for Buffalo for 2 years so I understand the dinner rushes but it was not very busy and theentire experience was unacceptable and very disappointing. Forgot to mention, there were 2 managers standing around the entiretime and ignored us every time we tried to wave them down they would look away and walk somewhere else. Read more
Was not impressed at all. Not too busy but by the time out food got to us the French fries were kinda warm and the chicken wings... were hot but not crisp. Asked for sauce on the side for half of the order, all of them were covered. Water cups wereconsistently empty. Was not impressed. Read more
Well- I don?t know how I can handle it this right now- so my fiancé and I left this place- first the customer service was... horrible and they didn?t acknowledge us that we were waiting for like 30 minutes while we waited and roach was crawling on topof our table.
