I have tried a new dish every time I eat at Brazas and each dish is better than the last. The fried fish with fried yucca was... beyond perfect. Usually fried fish is heavy and greasy and yucca even fried can be stringy. Both the fish and yucca were friedto perfection, so crispy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside that it was the most fried fish I?ve ever put down.The skills of the chef(s) are out of this world, and the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable of each dish and serve it withpride.
