I actually had a great time here and there were lanes available on a Saturday night. I first went to International Drive but the... places there were full so this was a night saver. 4/5 Only because i think the table at the lanes are small and theres only onetable for both lanes. So if you are assigned next to a lane with another group that was there first. They can have all 4 chairsand stuff all over the table. Read more
Customer service was good. The floor was extremely slippery even with the shoes they provide. The ball?s they have are all... scratched up and has a lot of ding?s on them. Overall it was an okay experience compared to other bowling allies I have been to.They charge per person, per game so it was a little bit expensive as well. Read more
My daughter?s 15th birthday was a blast thanks to everyone working here. Michelle (the director of sales) was amazing. At the... bday the organization and attention we received was outstanding. The manager made my daughter feel like she was the mostspecial person. They were always asking if we needed anything and always willing to help with anything. It was fun, but mostly due to the company. I waited 10 mins for anyone to come to the check in kiosk, and it was 3pm on an empty... Saturday. While in line for drinks, I was waiting by the cash register 5 minutes without anyone greeting me or asking me towait. At the end, I just walked away with my money. At check out, the same. I just left the shoes on the counter (I had paidalready). On the positive side, the bathroom and bowling area were clean. Read more
