It was weird, but I can acknowledge that the crew tried their best. They didn't have the rotisserie nuggets which was a bummer ... and the only reason I even agreed to come here. I'm not sure who cashed us out, but I loved that he applied the senior discountfor my friend without being asked. This location has went downhill. Ordered the meatloaf dinner yesterday, got two sides of mac and cheese, side of mashed potatoes... and gravy, two slices of chocolate cake and a caesar salad. The mac and cheese was pasta in a cheese water sauce. The croutons on the salad were stale and the meatloaf was dry and just not fresh at all. The cake was just ok and really the only thinghalfway decent was the mashed potatoes and gravy. And they forgot our cornbread, but everything was so bad, we didn't even careso much because it probably wouldn't have been good anyways given the rest of our food wasn't. It took a long time to orderthrough the drive through too, even though we were the only ones in the drive through and there was only 1 customer inside therestaurant at the time. I agree with other post, could've gotten a better meal at McDonalds for a lot less than the $22.85 wespent at BM. You lost us as customers! Read more
This specific restaurant is horrible as far as being managed. My last 3 attempts to go there have left me completely vexed. They... pose themselves as being open , but the doors are locked and there are people inside dressed to serve. Store hours say they areopen. Sign says lobby is open. No signs with instructions explaining why the doors are locked. What's the deal? Since when is itthe consumers job to figure out how to be provided with answers to why the establishment is or is not operational? Why would youallow consumers to park there cars and be rejected at the doors only to stand there and not be greeted up shunned by the staffinside? Shame on your corporation for being so hands-off with the individual location's. What a waste of people's time andresources. Read more
Grabbed a quick bite here on 6/17/22 and I believe I stumbled upon some of the nicest employees at a restaurant. I stepped into... the place and was promptly greeted by a gentleman cleaning the windows who welcomed us with a ?Good afternoon, welcome and comeon in.? Inside, the staff behind the counter welcomed us, and even the gentleman in the back cooking the chicken gave us a shoutout, welcomed us and asked us how our day was going. The young man who took our order was the same way, making some goodsuggestions with a very friendly attitude. NOW the not so good..all of these people working in this restaurant were so friendlyeven with the AC not working as it should. It was not the most comfortable place to eat at because of the AC issue. All the foodwas hot and delicious. My one knock on the food would be the cornbread?.it tasted like it was about 3 days old, but that?s aminor issue. Incredible staff and service! experience was amazing the chicken sweet the garlic and herb was Out of this world. Everything was hot and fresh. Best Boston... market I?ve visited in Florida. The service was also outstanding. I do like Boston Market, but the one thing n Underhill is closest to house, and still 20 minute drive. I was disappointed... because order was wrong. We ordered two half white chicken meals, but got quarter whites. We ordered extra gravy, and got none.We also did not get any cornbread for our meals. So, driving all that way to not have a correct order is disappointing. Read more

It is day before Thanksgiving. When I stopped by to get my turkey food, I was told that they are closed today for catering. I... asked about turkey and a older lady stated that they "haven't had turkey for a while." Seriously? This place has REALLY GONEDOWN HILL. Read more
