Ordered through Uber Eats. Promoted BOGO deal, but when I saw my receipt, they charged me for the BOGO item. Then restaurant... would not pick up phone in three attempts to amend, or cancel the order. Had to spend 50 min on phone to try to cancel, or geta partial refund on my order. ordered through doordash - they're then called "lucky dragon" which is misleading. if i knew it was bento, i would have 100% not... ordered because i hated it the one and only time i tried it previously. i wasn't impressed at all. their portions for the priceare kinda sad. 4-6 pieces of heavily breaded and sauced chicken nuggets and raw bell peppers, with very bland white rice was$11. their "spicy yum yum" sauce is "sweet yuck yuck"... i think it's supposed to be the type of spicy mayonnaise sauce you getwith sushi rolls, but it's just warm, very sugary mayo. it actually made me queasy. pork dumplings tasted bland, too. dippingsauce tastes like soy sauce and perfume, no heat from the szechuan. super underwhelmed. Ordered for the first time.. a rice bowl and sushi. It arrived 20 minutes late and ice cold. The sushi was thrown all around the... bowl. There was no wasabi or ginger which I assumed was common from all my sushi eating therefore I didn't request it. I am sodisgusted and disappointed in my order and the $20 bucks I wasted. This is how we roll. ???????????? We enjoyed our visit to Bento. Their place is really clean and Covid-compliant, and they make... great food. We tried three of their sushi rolls: the Bamboo Roll, the Specialmex roll, and the Hot Lava roll. Our absolutefavorite was the Hot Lava roll. The roll itself contains escolar, shrimp tempura, and avocado, topped with a warm, spicy scallopand crab mixture that was delicious... yum. We also really enjoyed the Special Mexican Roll: shrimp tempura, cream cheese andavocado, topped with shrimp, eel sausce and spicy mayo. The flavors worked really well together. We didn't care for the BambooRoll on its own, as it was too dry for us, but it was good when dipped into some spicy mayo. We can't wait to go back to trysome of their hot dishes. Great location. They food is very good for the price point. We have navigated a good portion of their menu. This location... (Conway/Curry Ford) is not a sit-down. We use them for quick bites to pick-up, but mostly for larger orders for delivery(veryoften). We order directly from the bento's website and they use door-dash for the service provider so they add $4.99. You canalso add tips online at the on-line-checkout . The managers and assistants have been good to us whoever is in charge. Always ontime. Minor errors are rare and very seldom, and are always resolved in a friendly and professional matter. It?s great for take out! Just so you know it?s located on the side of the Publix in the plaza since there isnt a huge sign. Nice... staff an clean kitchen. I?d recommend.
