First time there. The ambiance was pretty chill and the restaurantwas clean, even the bathroom was very clean. The server was... very good, she made sure we had plenty of water and that we get exactly what we ordered. Ex. For the delicious lamb hamburger, Iordered the sauces on the side, since I can not eat too spicy. And she brought it the way I asked and with a big smile!???? ???? My wife and I stopped in for a light dinner and a beer. I was looking forward to trying the unique flavors of their ethnic... cuisine. We ended up sitting at the outside bar. Did not have a beer menu, so had to ask what they had. Based on what othercustomers were drinking, I didn't get the full verbal list, disappointment #1. We ordered chicken wings and they came out roomtemperature at the most, but good flavor to them, disappointment #2. Ordered a steak and rice bowl which may have had flavor,but the food was so salty I couldn't eat it. Not really a lot of meat in the rice so it's fairly pricey at $21. I typically loadall my food with salt but it was already so overwhelmingly salty. Woke up in the middle of the night extremely parched!Disappointment #3. Went here with a few friends and there were mixed views all around, one friend got a taco with a bone in it that she nearly... choked on, another had the chicken preform that was covered in sauce, couldn’t even finish. Others considered there mealsmediocre for the price and I would have to agree. Especially when I got the Infamous Lamb burger that didn’t even come withfries that barely justified it’s near $15 cost. This place was amazing. Amazing service. Fast as well. I wanted to try something new and this brunch place was nice. The parking... is a little small, but you could park anywhere and walk to it. My and my boyfriend stumbled upon this restaurant after an event at a local record store and could not have enjoyed the... experience more. The ambiance, food, staff, location, everything… We asked for the waitresses recommendation and ordered thetruffle mushroom quesadillas, the lamb burger, and truffle fries. We even invited some friends nearby and encouraged them tovisit and are and drank 1906 while we were there and everyone was so so happy they gave it a shot! Each of the menu items wereincredible, you can truly taste each bite full of flavor and love for the food from the chefs cooking. I have visited this place twice now and it has become that place you refer to when you want to go to a nice, laid back place... with good food. They offer different options of meats and sauces so you don’t end up eating the same kind of bowl or the sametacos you eat everywhere else. Also, in my opinion, their food doesn’t feel greasy nor too seasoned compared to some otherplaces so it was a good option to take my mother there to eat. This is a lovely restaurant that makes you feel at home and theirstaff is very knowledgeable and friendly, too. Read more
