We had a great experience at Bella Italia tonight ????Amazing food. My husband had the eggplant parmigiana and I had the chicken... picatta with fettuccini, garlic bread & meatballs. Everything was delicious. We brought our pup and sat outside. Staff was soattentive and brought water out immediately for our pup too. Highly recommend ????Great service & food??Thank you! Read more

First, let me say I NEVER have written a review for a restaurant before? ever. Tonight we were extremely disappointed by a... restaurant we?ve been loyal to for several years now. We?ve been ordering from Bella consistently for a long time and tonightwe were delivered a pizza that had a phone charger laying on the pizza, inside the box (just as shown in the picture). I calledto let them know and was told they?d come replace the pizza (not an ?i?m sorry or we will take care of that for you?? just wewill replace it). So, I called back to ensure we wouldn?t be paying for this pizza and they said ?no? we can either replace itor you can have a refund for it. Not both.? Call me crazy? but good customer service would mean not only would you apologizeand take care of the bill (or at least the cost of the pizza) but you would ALSO replace the pizza. So I simply asked ?so, inother words, I have to choose to get a replacement pizza of the one with a phone charger sitting on top of it or a refund?? andthey simply replied yes.
