Wasn't so bad. But when we walked in the lady asked the guy what time is it and said they should be closed up and doors locked.... We'll that's was nice... well to say hello to your guests. Sandwiches were cheaply made for the cost. But we sat outside whilewe got locked out and enjoyed the night anyway. Read more
Wow I hadn't been to Arby's in some time and really used to enjoy the roast beef sandwiches. However I had a very disappointing... experience at the Arby's on the corner of Michigan and Orange Avenue. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two roast beefsandwiches and a fry. When I got to the cashier my order was dollars with some change. So I gave the cashier extra coin changeand a $20 bill, an expectation of getting only bills returned. Well the young African-American cashier was absolutely stumped.She couldn't figure out how to count backward or how much she should give me in return. Even though I remained patient andcourteous , she actually got angry and rude with me and said "it's people like you who make my job hard". She flung my bag offood out of the window at me, and slammed though drive through window shut. Seems as if she had difficulty being a cashier andnot knowing simple arithmetic. Just went through drive thru and ordered a double meat roast beef and cheddar, but got a beef only no cheddar and hardly any... meat. You did better on the chicken sandwiches than the the roast beef. Thought you were a beef place. I guess maybe you need togo in and see if they do the order right. So sad you spend your money on want you want,but they had be you what they want. Read more
My first time. Never went before because don't care for their sandwiches. But now they added fish to their menu. I recommend it.... Very good n their curly fries. Will return for their fish. Hope it remains on their menu. Read more
