I randomly decided to give this place a try early on a Saturday morning. The entire staff was super friendly and super patient... with me! My food was amazing and this was one of the best iced lattes I've ever had in my life! My waiter (sadly I didn't catchhis name) was super attentive even though I knew he was busy. First time eating here. Waiting time was pretty long maybe due to it was the weekend. The breakfast was good but if you?re a... true fan of grits, I suggest not to get those here! ???? Our server, Anthony, (the Dragon), despite such busy day and havingmany tables to serve, he went above and beyond. Once seated he provided fast service regarding getting our drinks and food, andreplaced quickly any items we weren?t pleased with. During these COVID times with overworked employees, we need to be thankfulfor those who show up and provide excellent service. Two of the three orders of medium sunny side up eggs had to be sent back to the kitchen to be recooked. The French Toast... Croissant wasn't dipped in eggs and then cooked, it was a croissant cutting half with toppings on it. Otherwise the food wasgood and The South of the Border spiked coffee was spot on. Read more
Absolutely ridiculous. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is what little was on the plate ,was tasty and the young lady that... took my order was very nice. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches with potatoes. The portion size is pitiful for what they charge.Sausage barely covered half the bread , maybe a teaspoon if cheese and 3 tablespoons of Potatoes . $22.54 I don't mind payinggood money for a good meal when it's worth it. I'm not one to leave bad reviews or really review at all. Just check my history. But when a large chain, with the word "egg" in... the name, can't manage to do anything right when it came to our eggs, it just rubs me the wrong way. My wife's poached eggs onher lobster Benedict were crazy over cooked and hardly contained any lobster. On my classic Benedict, the whites wereundercooked and runny. The "hollandaise" was pale and lacked any lemon, basically just mayonnaise atop undercooked eggs. Yeah,it was as gross as it sounds. Also, they use a thick ham steak instead of Canadian bacon. Thing soaked my muffin with hamjuice. We complained to our server, and only received a half hearted apology. Wouldn't recommend. Read more
