After doing research based on our cravings we decided to do date night at a Land Remembered. -Alligator butter with assorted... bread -Thick cut bacon appetizer (AMAZING) -Rose N Gin (made with my favorite gin!) - Lobster Mac N Cheese (probably the bestone I?ve ever had- the pasta was cooked perfectly Al dente still with a bite) - Espresso Martini - sweet potato mash (as smoothas velvet, without being glue) - Sea Bass (I like how it wasn?t a breadcrumb crust) - Smoked Short Ribs (we?ve concluded this isprobably the best smoked short ribs we?ve had) - Bread Pudding with a port wine sauce (made with crossaint!) I?ve been in Florida for years and had never experienced this wonderful restaurant. The service was very attentive and we chose... the recommended Tomahawk steak to share. Our sides were sweet potato mash and asparagus. And we included a side of the bonemarrow because I had it recently in France and wanted to see if it was as delicious. The Tomahawk was an excellent suggestion.It was tender, juicy and filling. The sides were a perfect pairing and the bone marrow was as delicious as I had it preparedbefore. We were given two complimentary desserts from the chef which included a key lime crème brûlée and a cheesecake (Ican?t remember but it was diving). Came here for magical dining last night. The food was OK. Due to the recommendations I expected more but it was average my food... was an OK temperature could?ve been hotter presentation is very nice service was a little rushed. Tobias was closed today, so I hopped over to ALR. Excellent burger, great staff, and reasonable prices. The walk is not that... far; it's out the front lobby and to the right. Mind the time, as sometimes the restaurant is closed but the bar area is open. The fries were excellent. Read more

Magical Dining 2022 came around, and I got to work. I ranked every single available menu, and I settled on being able to go to... my top three restaurants this year. A Land Remembered made the cut. Usually, these fancy places offer a boring roast chicken ora nice baked salmon, yawn. But this year, A Land really offered nice offerings. Apps Wagyu Beef Carpaccio (Pickled Mustard,Black Garlic Shoyu, Radish, Cured Yolk, Baby Greens, Grilled Bread). Banging. The beef was so flavorful, and then every littletopping added a little of their own flavoring to it. Collect it all and place it on top of a hunk of bread charred toperfection. Nice. Colorado Lamb Ribs (Za?atar Rub, Onion-Tomato Jam, Yogurt). As good as the carpaccio was, this was much, muchbetter. These lamb ribs were unlike anything I've ever had. So soft and tender and lamb-like. To be dippable in that sweettomato jam and that cooling yogurt. Just a great little dish. This is the dish that earned this place the five stars.Honestly. Mains Prime New York Strip (Mashed Potato, Frog Song Organics Carrot & Onion, Chimichurri). I had the steak. It wasgood. A smooth mash, and some nice carrots, but it was just lacking, and it was overcooked. I don't know. Just maybe getsomething else other than the steak. HertaBerkSchwein Farms Pork Chop (Sweet Potato Mash, Stone Fruit Butter, Andouille SpoonBread Dressing, Pan Drippings). Like this pork chop. Cooked Perfectly. Justtt well done. Very moist, very thick. I liked it alot. Pork chop always go well with sweet, and the stone fruit butter and the sweet potato mash were the perfect pairing withthis amazing pork. Desserts Caramel Banana Cheesecake (Vanilla Wafer Crust, Salted Caramel Sauce, Caramel Crispearls). Ididn't think I would like this, because I hate bananas, but the banana flavor was tapered.
