Very saddened that this location is in our neighborhood and becasue of 1 employee I will no longer spend my money there. Every... time I happen to come across him he is rude. I finally had enough and asked to speak to a Manager and he was not there. I askedfor managers name and contact number and he refused to provide. I asked his name and he refused to provide as well, and had noname tag. As a customer we have the right to file a complaint and he refused. I am saddened and rather drive miles out thenspend my money at this new location. In any bussiness you must provide some sort of info if a customer has a complaint and wantsto contact a manager, owner, or corporation. I hope the owner sees this and understands this wil be shared with other customersin the same neighborhood of Wedgefield and we care about our friendly neighborhood customer service. Sometimes a store chain orfood chain is not always good. Nonetheless my money will be given to a worthy store with respectable customer service unlessthis employee is truly honestly reprimanded. Started off great but has been slacking in some areas. Please bring back the fresh chocolate chip cookies. No one wants oatmeal... raisin, sugar, etc. Also please bring back the Bahama Mama's! Read more
